Both the director and manager were kind, and they explained everything step by step without seeming to leave anything out. Maybe because I went right when they opened at 10, the director advised me that even if other clinics told me to get ptosis correction while shopping around today, I shouldn’t do it, and that my eyes would become large enough with double-eyelid surgery. He even pulled up a PPT and explained in detail the things people usually research before coming for double-eyelid surgery in the first place, like the characteristics of each line, what medial epicanthoplasty is, how long it takes for swelling to go down, and how the surgery is done. He emphasized several times that eyes that look okay from the first day of double-eyelid surgery are eyes made too thin, so after 6 months it barely shows, and that it’s normal for the first week to look thick to the point of feeling burdensome. He also recommended taking off my glasses after double-eyelid surgery. He said my eyesight is so bad that my eyes look small when I wear glasses, and when I take them off I can’t see my eyes, so I don’t know what my actual eye size is. Anyway, my eyes are too small, so if I don’t get double-eyelid surgery, I can’t get LASIK... (with strong prescription glasses, my corrected vision is about 0.6) Honestly, I wanted my eyes to get a lot bigger, but although the director himself believes double-eyelid surgery should show somewhat, it didn’t feel like he focuses on making the eyes bigger. Here, they did not recommend medial epicanthoplasty because my impression could look strong. The director only held the line once, then I immediately consulted with the manager. They held the line in three levels: natural, a bit bigger, and completely big, and the manager also asked several times what style I wanted. If you have a firm style you want, this place seems fine too, but if not, the consultation seems to end too quickly. The manager sat down and even turned on the computer, asking if I had a preferred eye shape, but when I said I’d be satisfied as long as the upper eyelid skin was lifted and I wasn’t sure, she said it was okay because they would design it sufficiently before surgery even if I didn’t have a design I wanted right now. She was professional. The director was very warm~ and kind. Here too, they did not recommend medial epicanthoplasty. He said it’s just that the skin has drooped a lot, and if the skin is lifted, my eyes aren’t small, so we should make the double eyelid as subtle as possible. I also thought my eyebrows are close together and a prominent double eyelid wouldn’t suit my eyes, so it was quite convincing. I really don’t want to do ptosis correction if possible, but he said ptosis correction seems more important than double-eyelid surgery, and even after double-eyelid surgery, people might not really notice. Overall I was leaning toward this place, but later during the manager consultation, the manager stumbled a lot and seemed not to know the price well, so I was like, what is this... She kept checking the chart and eventually asked me what procedure the director had suggested. I had been leaning toward it after the director consultation, but immediately went, huh? When discussing the price and when discussing the surgery, something didn’t feel cleanly organized, and she wrote things down several times.

Compared with other places, it’s expensive, but the director was very confident and explained precisely while measuring my eyes with a ruler, so I trusted him.
