When doing lower eyelid fat repositioning, is the usual and most effective method generally to release the tear trough ligament, reposition the fat, and then fix it with septal reinforcement? Are there places that don’t release the tear trough? But if they do a release, since it’s still a dissection/release, wouldn’t it sag? What if the under-eye area sags after the release?
