Even among hospitals famous for noses, I felt like they looked at things especially more delicately. Usually, when a place has a lot of people, most hospitals look briefly and the consultation ends in 10 minutes, but this place was kind of surprising in that sense. Should I say they look very thoroughly? It felt like I could understand why there was a wait..? The director seems to be very cautious. It seems they don't recommend surgeries that are unlikely to change much after surgery, seem to have minimal effect, or appear to have a high chance of side effects, and they told me the safest way to improve as much as possible in the direction I wanted. I felt like I understood the direction the director pursues, and for me, safety + the director's aesthetic sense + no overtreatment were enough for this hospital to pass!
