To fix all of these, I went around to several places for consultations, and luckily(?) most of the diagnoses I heard were similar. They said I didn’t need bulbous nose correction or alar reduction, and since my hump wasn’t severe, I didn’t need osteotomy, so we decided to correct it and insert silicone. When deciding the millimeters, I said I wanted a natural-to-glamorous nose, and most places recommended 4~5 mm. But anyway, the nose shape after surgery had to suit my original facial features well too, so I had the surgery at a place that explained in detail things like eye changes and image changes when designing the nose.
For the nose design, I definitely chose a straight-with-slight-curve line!! A straight line seemed too masculine, and a half-ski-slope line felt a bit old-fashioned.. haha Thanks to the director designing it the way I wanted, even when the swelling went down, I found it fascinating and liked it quite a bit lol It’s become much more natural now than back then though!
The incision on the columella also healed well, so unless you look closely, you can’t tell at all. Especially with makeup, you really, really, really can’t tell lol Before, because my nose was flat and low, I only ever heard that I looked young or cute, but these days I often get compliments that I look feminine and pretty haha I think any surgery is truly successful if you yourself are satisfied with it! Everyone, if you’ve had a complex about your nose for a long time, I hope you carefully look into clinics and get surgery!! haha
