Overall, my facial contour looked large and somewhat masculine compared with my eyes, nose, and mouth, so I had a consultation for facial contouring surgery. I wanted an actor-like look rather than too much of a doll-line/idol look, and they kindly explained things accordingly. I went in thinking they were known for a doll-line style, but they gave me the most conservative recommendation. They said they wouldn’t do cortical bone osteotomy or masseter reduction either, and the consultation was a bit short.
