The director spoke calmly, so I felt comfortable for now and it was easy to consult. They did not recommend doing many surgeries at once, and during the consultation I got the impression that they checked my face carefully. They mentioned an area that other places had not talked about, so I am a bit worried, but I do not think that means I will pass on it from my list of hospitals I am considering.
