I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery 4 times + they all came undone, so I eventually got an incisional procedure, but even that came undone. My eyes are an extreme case... For reference, I’ve had epicanthoplasty, non-incisional ptosis correction, and incisional ptosis correction, but it still came undone haha
Only one side keeps coming undone, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Right now it looks fine on the outside, but when only one side gets swollen in the morning, I get multiple creases, the ptosis correction has loosened so the line is a bit faint, and it’s uncomfortable to open my eye.
I don’t have sausage-like eyelids at all, and I’m completely satisfied with my current line, so I want to keep this exact line and just have it fixed a bit deeper through incisional revision surgery.
Even in this kind of case, is a two-line technique or excision essential?! I thought two-line technique or excision is usually done by people who want to lower their line...
If anyone has had incisional revision surgery because their incisional crease came undone, or knows about this, please leave a comment I’m really desperate because I hope this will truly be my last surgery...
