I had revision rhinoplasty. It was a place with good reviews for slim, defined, naturally glamorous noses, and for the material, I went with autologous costal cartilage to make the nasal tip defined and firmly supported. I was worried about the harvest scar, but they sutured it well and explained how to take care of it, so I have no problems now. The nasal tip doesn’t feel overly sharp either; it came out just pretty enough, with that naturally glamorous nose look.
