The director was kind, but the desk staff talked loudly among themselves regardless of whether someone was sitting in front of them, and the consultant also didn’t tell me in advance the things I might be curious about or first explain anything related to the surgery. They only answered the questions I asked quickly and seemed like they were just waiting for my questions. It felt like they wanted to end the consultation quickly. The doctor was kind and fine, but I didn’t like the staff, and I wondered whether the aftercare would be done well.
