I know the usual side effects of a columellar strut are things like it showing through, hurting, or possibly bending, but I’m worried that even if I stack just one layer of ear cartilage without a strut, the tip might become blunt I really can’t and don’t want to have another revision surgery again..
1. Ear cartilage strut + placing ear cartilage on top -> If I think there won’t be side effects and want to raise the nasal tip slightly higher than now, do it this way 2. Cartilage repositioning only (+after consulting with the doctor, maybe placing ear cartilage on top too) -> Keep the nasal tip height similar to now and worry less about side effects. But I’m worried it’ll be less pretty, and what if it becomes even more blunt later
What would you guys do If I want to become even a little prettier, I think option 1 is right, and if I just want to live without worries from now on, option 2 seems right... I’m torn
