To explain the background first, Background: About 5 years ago, at a hospital that no longer exists, I had incisional eye shape correction + epicanthoplasty at the same time. Then 6 months later, there was something like a tiny pimple on my right eye, so I went to the hospital, and they said the right side had come a bit undone, so I had buried-suture surgery only on the right eye. (For the buried-suture surgery on the right eye, they actually cut into it and went in... so I don't know whether to call this buried-suture or incisional... because I don't have the medical records.) This surgery: Over the 5 years, I didn't really know, but my left eye had almost completely come undone too. I originally couldn't open my left eye well, so I thought maybe it had gotten smaller and left it alone. While visiting several hospitals, more doctors actually recommended incisional surgery, whether incisional eye shape correction or incisional double eyelid surgery. But I had travel plans and wanted to leave only the minimal amount of scarring, so I chose buried-suture surgery only for the left eye. (Everyone said operating on only one eye was okay.)
