Review after another failed nose revision surgery 15 years ago

When I was in my teens, so 20 years ago from now, I didn’t know anything and followed my older cousin, and ended up getting rhinoplasty at a huge large-scale hospital that was practically like a corporation.. I had an upturned nose and a small nose, but they only did a simple augmentation rhinoplasty, so the nasal tip looked even more upturned and the implant moved too.. So 5 years later, I had revision surgery at the same hospital. They changed the implant from the existing Gore-Tex to silicone and used septal cartilage to operate on the upturned nose too, but within just a few months, the nasal tip collapsed and a boundary started to show between the bridge and the nasal tip. About a year later, I thought this wouldn’t do, so I went back to the hospital where I had surgery. The director said it was nothing serious and that they could just lightly place ear cartilage on the boundary, so I didn’t even think of it as revision surgery and had another operation. So I entrusted my nose to the same director a total of 3 times.. In the end, the nasal tip kept sinking lower, the nasal wall became crooked so one nostril often gets blocked, the nostrils are uneven, the alar area looks tightly pinched, the implant is very obvious.. and it became hard and pointy.. I was scared to have another revision, so I lived like that for 15 years... If there had been an app like this back then.. how nice would that have been What gives me chills is that the director who operated on me back then left, opened a hospital, hired other doctors under him, and even became the representative director of a nose-specialty hospital that is quite famous for rhinoplasty.. Well, since 15 years have passed, I guess that could happen, but I never want to see that doctor again. Everyone, really think carefully about cosmetic surgery. You can never go back.. Right now I feel like I want to remove all the implants.. I want to have a revision surgery that will truly be my last, but I don’t know where is good or whom I should trust.. I came here to get help
