The consultant was kind but didn’t smile. I went because they’re known for alar lifting, but the director said they could only do a little, so the effect wouldn’t be noticeable. My nose can’t have alar base reduction. Otherwise, they said everything would have to be completely redone from scratch. The cost for alar lifting is okay, but the total cost is too expensive
