I was pursuing a natural-looking nose, and they said they would raise the nasal bridge with septal cartilage and raise the nasal tip together as well. They also said there was a possibility of using ear cartilage, and they were fairly positive about autologous dermis from the buttocks. They also explained the possibility of a non-incisional approach! But it was disappointing that the photos they showed were revision surgery photos..
