I received orthodontic treatment for a year and a half at a dental clinic in Gyeonggi. I went through an acquaintance’s recommendation, and because I had extractions, it was originally planned to take 2 years, but maybe my teeth moved better than expected, so the treatment finished in just a year and a half. I had some crowding around my front teeth, but my mouth shape did not have any major external issues, so they said my mouth could move slightly inward after orthodontic treatment. Looking at it after finishing treatment, it was not that severe, so I am fairly satisfied. However, after starting orthodontic treatment, I developed a habit of sleeping with my mouth open. I am not sure if it was because of the retainer, but the habit continued even after treatment ended, so it was a little uncomfortable. Still, the price was quite reasonable, there were no particular side effects to speak of, and my teeth were straightened nicely, so I was very satisfied.
