After lower blepharoplasty at another clinic, I had sunken under-eyes and overall lacked volume, so I got fat grafting. For several months I was overly puffy, which was stressful, but as time passed I became satisfied. Afterwards, I was also recommended thread lifting, and the post-op care was good. After about two years, everything had disappeared, so I got grafting twice. The surgery I had later did not have a dramatic effect. It seems the effect decreases as you get older.
