After my first surgery, there were parts I was concerned about, so after consulting at two places, I had a consultation here. Other places recommended costal cartilage no matter what, but here they recommended repositioning the cartilage I already had + artificial dermis for the nasal tip. I saw that other people were recommended donated costal cartilage or silicone, but they told me those were completely unnecessary for me. I think the surgical direction of slightly refining each area I’m concerned about suits me well. It was also nice that they showed before-and-after virtual plastic surgery images, but the consultation ended faster than I expected. Also, it was a little disappointing that there was no discount
