They told me to choose between no implant and an implant, and when they showed me how much higher it would get with an implant by lifting it all the way up, it was so high that I was shocked. My nose hurt too. For bulbous nose correction and hump correction, they suggested using donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage. They mentioned donated costal cartilage because my septal cartilage was small. You get a CT scan before going in. There was a difference of as much as 700,000 won between doing it the same day and not. It was too expensive.
