It was a place I happened to go to for a consultation, but the director's way of speaking was not the type that inspired trust. He talked about several possibilities regarding my questions, and although he did not answer in detail, he said everything could be improved, so I thought he must have a lot of confidence in his skills. I was not sure whether everything would actually be possible, so I put surgery on hold for now. The consultant is very kind.
