It might be that the dermatology clinic doing the procedures has changed now, but before, the waiting time was way too long, and I even went home exhausted from waiting. There were also times I waited 40 to 50 minutes, and other people would get annoyed while waiting and bond with the person next to them by asking how long they'd been waiting. Compared to that, the laser procedure itself was extremely short. 30 seconds? Now it's much better, so it seems like the staff have changed. Less waiting and they spend more time on you.
