When I went for the consultation, maybe because it was a weekday, I was seen right away without waiting, and the order was director first, then consultant. As I had seen in reviews, the director honestly told me only the parts that could be improved. They did not take photos or do anything in particular, but they explained in quite a lot of detail what could and could not be done, and answered all my questions. The consultant also guided me kindly without pressuring me to make a reservation.
