I had a consultation with Representative Director Lee Sang-gyun. Before consulting with the director, I first talked with the manager, and I did get the impression that it was somewhat unnecessary. It felt like I had to say everything twice. The consultation with the director was very good. He explained the part I was most concerned about well, explained how things would change before and after, and above all, he was kind and professional. However, the cost was outrageously expensive, so.. I just left.
