The consultant is more robotic than a robot. Her facial expression does not change, only her mouth moves. She just explained the price and that was it ,,, I wondered why they specifically made this person the consultant in charge of explaining prices. The people at the desk were kind. And the director was kinder than I expected, but when I asked one by one about the things that could be improved, he singled out exactly one thing and said I should be grateful if even just this gets fixed, and that I was expecting too much, which left me stunned. It made me wonder whether, even though I am paying with my own money, I cannot even properly express my opinion and have to be grateful too.
