While looking into revision rhinoplasty without implants, I thought the reviews seemed good, so I went for a consultation. Took a CT scan, and had consultations in the order of consultant, director, then consultant. I wanted autologous costal cartilage rather than donated rib cartilage, so I had a no-implant consultation using autologous costal cartilage. The director looked a little tired. They showed me roughly what my nose shape could look like using photo editing, which seemed good. I didn’t go after seeing any advertised price separately, so I won’t write that. For autologous costal cartilage, they said they harvest only as much as needed, and they seemed to think a lot about overall facial harmony. I showed a photo of the line I wanted, and they said you shouldn’t look only at the nose, but need to look overall. I agree. The consultation content and the staff’s friendliness weren’t bad, so I’m going to think about it a little more before deciding.
