I had photos taken and then had a consultation as soon as I arrived. Right as the consultation started, they asked whether I wore contact lenses and whether there was anyone in my family with eyes like mine, then said that prolonged contact lens use or hereditary reasons could cause ptosis. They said I had mild ptosis, so I would need ptosis correction to make my eyes look clearer. They explained in detail what ptosis correction surgery is so that I could understand it well, and also explained the after-surgery part, saying that my eyes might not fully close right after surgery but would settle down over time. They measured my eye length with a ruler while consulting. The cost was really, really expensive. It was my first surgery, but it came out as expensive as a revision surgery. No pressure to reserve.
