I got about 4 sessions of the upper-arm V-cut, but there wasn’t a very dramatic effect. The clinic facilities and friendliness were very good, though. They say that after the procedure, you need to follow a protein-based diet and drink 2-3 liters of water a day for the effect to be greater, but that is a bit hard I couldn’t follow that perfectly, so the effect may have been minimal.
