There were so many people that the wait was seriously hell. The order also got switched around and some people were missed... But the consultant manager and the director who consulted with me were really meticulous and kind, so I trusted them completely, and I even put down a reservation deposit that day and ultimately plan to have surgery here. The director is young, but explained things really meticulously and calmly. Since it’s revision surgery, they explained in detail things like how many mm it was before, how much incision would be made for revision surgery, and how many mm it should be, and it was nice to see that they seemed to try not to recommend unnecessary surgery
