The doctor isn’t exactly friendly, but he performs surgery with professionalism. He explained the surgical method properly and in the most detail, and gave a clear opinion on what I needed. Since he is older and has experience, he seemed to have firm convictions. He clearly told me which surgeries I shouldn’t do and which ones could be effective if done. He said ptosis correction is a surgery other hospitals push just to make money, so he personally doesn’t do it except for a very small number of people who truly have upper eyelid issues, and he said my eyes didn’t need epicanthoplasty either. He is firm and professional, so he doesn’t feel warm, but the consultation manager makes up for that drawback. The consultation manager also seemed experienced, sharp, and good at her job.
