I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, so I went for a consultation at a place that does a lot of both primary rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty. The consultant and the director were so kind that I felt good throughout the consultation. I brought photos of the nose I wanted, and the director carefully explained what kind of implant would need to be used for that kind of nose. It was also helpful that they clearly explained the limitations.
