As soon as I got there, I had a CT scan first! The consultant was generally kind, and the director drew on the monitor while explaining in detail, saying they would refine it into a line like this. At other clinics, they told me to get osteotomy and bulbous nose surgery, and some even said to use costal cartilage, but here they first asked whether I wanted a non-implant bridge when doing the nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) + hump correction + columella correction + nasal bridge, so I really liked that! It was Director ㄱㄱㅎ, but I’m still debating where to do it,,,
