I went in because I was worried about my thick nasal ala, for a nose-contouring injection and nostril Botox. The consultation ended after only seeing the consultant, and they tried to push a lot of other procedures. During the procedure, there was no anesthetic cream, just a short ice anesthesia before starting. The doctor who performed it came in, looked at my face, and said something like, "Here and here should do," then went ahead and did it. For now, the nostril Botox has no effect, and I guess I need to see how the contouring injection goes a bit longer.
