The director can seem a little blunt during the consultation, and that gave me that impression. They're the tsundere type. This is the first clinic that scolded me after I said I wanted an ultrasound lol; if you're going in expecting a sweet, gentle consultation, you'll be very disappointed. Even if I said it hurt, they pulled the stitches out with no mercy.. They're not the kind of people who are especially kind. The consultation manager who used to handle things well quit, and after the replacement I stopped going there as much.. Anyway, I went ahead because I liked the review lines. They said they removed as much as possible, but it's a bit disappointing
