I definitely got the sense that they have accumulated a lot of data because they have a lot of surgical experience. They explained in detail what happens after surgery and how the surgery is performed. But when I asked questions, they reacted very sensitively. The doctor said my nasolabial folds could change after surgery, so I asked the consultation manager whether they could explain roughly how they might change, based on the experiences of people who had already had the surgery. Then she suddenly stormed out of the consultation room and made it possible to re-consult with the doctor. I feel like I should even watch my step when asking about my own surgical results.
