I had a consultation with the coordinator, and they were so unfriendly that I felt uncomfortable. After the consultation, I briefly spoke with the doctor... maybe for about 3 minutes? It felt very perfunctory.. Even when I asked about things I was curious about, they answered very vaguely. I wondered if it was because there were so many patients, but it felt too mechanical? Like a factory?
