This is already a review from four years ago, but with nose surgery, I think it’s honestly a fact that you have to keep getting it touched up. It does look natural, but the nasal tip has dropped too much. Only friends who are plastic-surgery experts notice, but I’m putting up with this too because I don’t have money. If I had the money, I probably would’ve done everything.
