I asked to have it done naturally, and it turned out naturally well. But like in other people's reviews, the silicone in the bridge of the nose was inserted asymmetrically.. It's not hugely bothersome, but it is disappointing. The consultation was also very thorough, and I'm generally satisfied with the results. They used donor rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and I do wonder whether it was necessary to use all of them. But they said it had to be sturdy, so I don't know which was right. I only visited two clinics, so.. I think I need to be even more careful with my nose
