I visited for a consultation about eye surgery. I have ptosis, and they recommended double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and medial epicanthoplasty. They drew on an A4 sheet while giving several explanations so I could understand better. They spoke casually to me the moment they saw me, treating me like a friendly neighbor uncle, which was a little surprising, but it didn't feel rude, just familiar, so that was okay. Also, they clearly said that if a surgery shouldn't be done, then it shouldn't be done, instead of telling me to do every surgery I wanted, so I trust that.
