My older sister had double eyelid surgery here, and it seems like it turned out just so-so, neither especially good nor bad. I remember that at one point her eyes would not close when she slept, so she went back to the hospital, and they apologized and said they would do it again. From what I know, the doctor is not especially good at double eyelid surgery, but was kind.
