I had fat-cutting injections as a booster while I was in the middle of dieting. In total, I got them about 18 times. The price was by 6-session packages! My weight went down by about 18 kg over the 18 sessions. The director's consultation was like listening to a recording, saying things like what you should not eat and that the patient's effort is also important!! It was surprisingly helpful.. He repeats these remarks endlessly until all the injections are finished. If I had not lost weight that week, I would get scolded and have to be mindful, so it felt a bit like a PT trainer too. Because it contains steroids, abnormal bleeding is unavoidable, but I remember the injections as definitely effective. I also dieted alongside that pressure.
