Eye Surgery Considerations

Clinic review from a community

After going around to about three or four places for consultations.. I went thinking that since it was a fairly large clinic, it would at least be average. (This was surgery I had about 5 years ago... If I were doing it now, I think I would have looked into it much, much more carefully.) First of all, maybe because it was winter break, there were a lot of people, and the doctor just felt like AI. Right before surgery, when they were marking the line, I timidly asked, because I was worried it might become a sausage eyelid, "Wouldn't the line be too high..?" Without any comment, they immediately accepted my opinion, marked it lower, and went into the operating room. I didn't like that. It felt pretty bad that, just because a 17-year-old kid timidly asked something, they gave no expert comment (= why that line would be okay, what they thought would suit my eyes, etc.) and just went okay okay after hearing my timid remark. Surgery: sedation anesthesia…
