I had alar reduction and MISKO 5 years ago. I’m very scared, so I did it under sleep anesthesia. Being able to do sleep anesthesia was one of the reasons I chose this place... I’m happy with the results. I did it because I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, but the shape of my nostrils and the lower part of my nasal cavity ended up different from what I expected. Still, my impression looks more refined, so I’m satisfied. If I were to do it again, I might rather get silicone surgery (they said it would also reduce the alar base)
