There tends to be a bit of waiting, and the inside of the clinic has a neighborhood-clinic style. The K-pop is a bit distracting. They said they are good at creating natural lines, but I really did not like the line they drew for me. It felt like they were only digging into the shortcomings of my eyes, rather than asking what kind of line I wanted.
