The consultation manager really pushed for booking... honestly it felt a bit burdensome. I don't remember which doctor it was, but it wasn't the chief surgeon, and I think that doctor has now moved to another clinic. At other clinics, I was told I didn't need ptosis correction, but here they recommended ptosis correction, maybe because of the money...; so the surgical expectations and professionalism seemed a bit lacking. And it felt like this place focuses more on facial contouring than on eyes. I really didn't want to have surgery, but the manager pushed hard;;; so I ended up leaving a deposit for the reservation, though I cancelled it later.
