A place where the counseling manager made me feel worse than the doctor, so I don't even remember the consultation details. They kept asking where else I had been? and why did they keep asking what the reviews of this place were like on the app or cafe I had been looking at, and they created an atmosphere pressuring me to make a reservation. So when I said, "I'm not going to put down a deposit," they suddenly got up and stormed out without saying a word lol I was dumbfounded, so I asked the info desk staff if I should just go home, and they told me to wait a moment. After I waited, that counseling manager put the estimate and business card in an envelope and gave it to me. They could have said, "Please wait a moment," or said they were going to get an envelope. They had no basic manners. And they said the waiting time kept getting longer because the patient wasn't cooperating, but the word "cooperating" itself rubbed me the wrong way from a customer's perspective.
