It’s been a little under 4 months since I had 3-part facial contouring surgery. There’s still some residual swelling around my jaw, so I look a bit like a full-moon lump My face is all puffy, so it does bother me, but I’m trying to think of it as part of the recovery process... Still, I’m relieved that by evening I look a little more human..! Until last month, the sensation around my cheekbones and front chin felt tingly, and it was a bit uncomfortable when I moved them, but now that’s gotten better, so I think it’ll be good if only the residual swelling goes down a lot more. I know it can’t be helped that full recovery takes time, but meanwhile I think I need to practice opening my mouth more.
