When I first started going around for plastic surgery consultations, this was one of the places I visited. Unusually, they said that during rhinoplasty, they can lighten the anesthesia midway and use a temporary medication that makes it possible to see how the nose will look after the rhinoplasty swelling goes down, so I could personally decide the height of the silicone nasal bridge implant. The cost wasn’t bad either.... I had rhinoplasty done somewhere else and it turned out natural, but maybe because my nose was originally so low, it looked okay when there was swelling, but once it went down, the height wasn’t as much as I wanted I’m regretting that I should have just had my rhinoplasty here from the start.
