Maybe because it's a large clinic, there were a lot of people~ On the day I went for a consultation, there were also nose surgery patients, so it felt busy?.. The director explains things really kindly and very well. In particular, they went over the CT photos and explained in detail how the surgery would be done, what method they would use, and what the problem was! The director was super approachable, haha At other places, I first discussed the surgical method and details with the coordinator before meeting the director, but here I only covered basic personal information with the coordinator and then went into the detailed consultation with the director, which I liked~ So I didn't have to explain things twice.. haha I really liked the director, but there was too much unnecessary waiting time and the coordinator was a bit.. I don't think I'll do it here
