It has been 3 years since my revision rhinoplasty, and I’m still satisfied. When I was getting the revision, he accurately caught the parts I was unhappy with. When I said I wanted a dramatic look, he honestly told me that with my skin tissue characteristics, if we made it dramatic, it would show through at the nasal tip, and since I was getting revision surgery because of that, wouldn’t it defeat the purpose of doing it again? The nose shape he simulated for me came out almost 98% the same, so about 6 of my friends saw my nose, went there, and got surgery too.
