About 5 years ago, when I knew nothing about cosmetic surgery, I walked into the first clinic I saw, had a consultation, booked surgery that same day, and had the operation there. My nose had a slightly bulbous tip, so I had bulbous nose correction, but back then I felt resistant to putting in an implant, so I didn't get silicone. Maybe because of that, I didn't feel a dramatic change Still, my nostrils were reduced a lot, so when I later had revision surgery, they didn't touch the nostrils. The clinic facilities are very good, and the nurses and the manager were all extremely kind.
