The doctor was very professional, as expected from how famous he is. However, the consultation manager? The desk staff was too blunt and robotic. After consulting with the director, I consulted with the consultant, and it felt like I was talking to AI. They didn't write anything down on paper or give me anything, and only answered the questions I asked with short replies. It was to the point that I thought even if I became a consultant, I would do better than this. When I said I wanted to see some before-and-after surgery photos, they told me to go to the website myself and look for them. Maybe because people come a lot through word of mouth even without marketing, but it was so obvious they were complacent, so I'm not going to have surgery here.
